Venue Space at the Polaris Contemporary Dance Center

Artistic lobby space at Polaris Contemporary Dance Center
The Polaris Contemporary Dance Center is a fabulous studio about to celebrate their second year, located at 1501 SW Taylor Street in Portland, Oregon.  With their own parking lot and easy street parking access, the Polaris Contemporary Dance Center has their own back entrance right off from the parking lot and around the corner from the front 1501 building entrance.

As you enter, you are greeted by a Polaris employee and find yourself in an artistic lobby where multiple tables are available and can be set up to hold pamphlets/brochures, name tags, refreshments, newsletters, sign in sheets, TV's etc. for your business meeting/event.  There is a secure closet available for coats and purses and pleasant men and women bathrooms down the hall.  In the lobby are two long modern couches where meeting members can sit and chat with fellow meeting members and read over the pamphlet/brochure while drinking coffee before the meeting starts.

refreshments welcomed in the lobby space
The business meeting/event can then take place in the clean, bright, wide and high ceiling dance studio.  The Polaris Dance Theatre can provide and set up chairs for the event.  After the meeting, the Polaris employees are ready and available to answer any questions and clean up the space.  The Polaris Dance Theatre is always available for a live performance before or during the meeting if so desired as a special treat in thanks for using the Polaris Contemporary Dance Center.
